Each letter can be personalized to say whatever you want, or we can use our base letter and just swap out names/places. Each letter and envelope will be printed and addressed to your child, postmarked from Santa, to be mailed out before Christmas. Letters are tucked inside a personalized envelope with your child's name on it, wrapped in festive baker's twine, scented with a hint of christmas cookies, and sealed with a North Pole Official Santa Claus wax seal.

Be sure to include your Child's Name, Mailing address for letter if different than your shipping address, whether they have sent a Santa letter yet or not (if they have, please include what item(s) is on their wishlist), if they have an Elf on the Shelf please tell me the name of the elf, and if they have any pets/siblings/friends you want mentioned in the letter.

We take great pride in the effort we put in to each letter, but if you do have any issues with your order upon arrival, please make sure to reach out to us so we can correct the problem!****

As we have had shipping issues in the past with USPS, all Santa Letters will be mailed Priority Mail or Priority Mail Express in 2023. **PLEASE NOTE: ONLY PRIORITY MAIL EXPRESS DELIVERIES ARE GURANTEED BY USPS**

**HOLIDAY 2023 SHIPPING DEADLINES FOR CONTINENTAL US:**

Priority Mail: Order must be placed and final draft approved by Dec. 17 for delivery by Christmas. Please note: USPS is suggesting delivery by Christmas for priority mail mailed by December 18, but DOES NOT guarantee delivery by Christmas for any packages unless mailed with Priority Express shipping.

Priority Mail Express: Order must be placed and final draft approved by Dec. 20 to guarantee delivery by Christmas. USPS is guaranteeing delivery by Christmas for priority mail mailed by December 22, but I would recommend ordering sooner if possible, as the Post Office tends to be overwhelmed the closer we get to Christmas.
