  • Do you do Custom or Personalized Orders?
    We LOVE working with customers to create custom and personalized orders. If you are interested in a custom order, please send us a message!
  • What is your Return/Exchange Policy?
    As many of our items are custom/personalized we do not currently accept returns or exchanges. We take great pride in creating quality items for every order. However, if you receive your order and you find an issue with your item(s), please contact us and we will be happy to work with you to resolve the issue.
  • Can I cancel my order?
    You can request an order within 2 hours of your original purchase. Orders cannot be cancelled after they have gone into production. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your original order. **PLEASE NOTE** Digital items are NOT eligible for cancellation or returns/exchanges as they are instant downloads.
  • What are accepted payment options
    We accept credit/debit cards through Wix as well as Apple Pay. If you are local, payments can also be made in person.
  • What is your Shipping Policy?
    Shipping Times vary depending on the item, but in general, our processing times are typically 1-3 business days. All shipments are sent via USPS or UPS. Expedited shipping is available for an upgrade, however, upgrading shipping does not speed up the processing time. **FOR SANTA LETTERS** Please see individual items for holiday shipping deadlines. Santa Letters are personalized, and require approval prior to shipping, so the longer it takes to approve the draft, the longer it will take for your order to arrive. Drafts are usually sent out the same day the order is placed.
